How it works

    Tell us the job, the salary, and the start date. Live in minutes.

  2. Match with vetted candidates

    We screen and verify every applicant. You chat with shortlisted candidates in-app.

  3. Pay when they stay (60 days)

    Your fee is held in escrow and released only after the placement lasts 60 days.

Where your fee goes

Every kobo, accounted for.

Once a placement passes 60 days, the fee releases and splits like this. A ₦25,000 fee (a ₦50,000 role) lands as below. We never take more, and the breakdown sits on every receipt.

  • 50%₦12,500

    Platform

    Pays for KYC, vetting, escrow, support, and on-the-ground operations.

  • 30%₦7,500

    Scout

    Paid to the community member who introduced the candidate, after retention is met.

  • 20%₦5,000

    Buffer

    A reserve the platform holds back once a placement settles, against disputes and chargebacks down the line.
