The rules of using Egen Work. Apply to candidates, scouts, and employers from the moment you create an account.
Placement fee + retention
Employers pay the placement fee on hire confirmation. We hold it in escrow until the 60-day retention check. The refund schedule on the pricing page is binding.
Disputes
Either party may file a dispute during the retention window. We review evidence from both sides and resolve under a published outcome matrix. Disputes pause the auto-release timer until resolved.
